The Chapter

The Northwest Chapter was chartered in 1991 in the area surrounding Tacoma, Washington.

The Chapter meets on the third Saturday of even months in the Sam Allen Room of the Tacoma Elks Lodge located at 1965 South Union Drive in Tacoma.  Meetings begin at noon.

Ric James is the primary contact person and Public Information Officer for the Chapter. 

Troopers represented the Chapter at Memorial Day Ceremonies at various cemeteries in the Puget Sound area.  Chapter members were present at the Mountain View Cemetery, Washington Memorial Cemetery, as well as the Mount Tahoma National Cemetery in Auburn.  Every year the Northwest Chapter is assigned to put flags on two sections of veteran’s graves at Washington Memorial Park on the Saturday prior to Memorial Day.
