The Chapter

The Rocky Mountain Chapter was chartered in 1999 in the area surrounding Colorado Springs, Colorado.  The Chapter is a non-political, non-sectarian, non-profit soldiers and veterans fraternity.  Anyone who has been assigned or attached to the 1st Cavalry Division anytime, anywhere, is eligible for membership.  All members must join the national organization before joining the Chapter.  Dues for the Rocky Mountain Chapter are:

The Chapter normally meets on the second Saturday of each month at 0900 hours at the Retired Enlisted Association (TREA) Chapter 1 located at 834 Emory Circle in Colorado Springs.  Business phone is (719) 596-0927. 

The Chaplain for the Chapter is Carl J. Nelson, Jr. and the position of Public Information Officer is currently open.

Chapter Patches - There are still a quantity of "1st Cavalry Division Assoc-Rocky MTN Chapter" shoulder patches left at $5 per patch, contact one of the chapter officers.

The Chapter hosted the 55th Annual Reunion of the 1st Cavalry Division Association in 2002 in Colorado Springs.
